The era of black holes
Professors Gregory P. Laughlin and Fred Adams perfectly described The Black Hole Era in their book The Five Ages of the Universe. Black holes by themselves slowly evaporate the matter contained in them by the quantum mechanical process of Hawking radiation. Only extremely low-energy positrons, electrons, neutrons and photons will remain.
